Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear video of the product unboxing and packaging.

"Note: Unboxing video is strictly required for any damage claims or replacements."

After verification, we will offer:

• A replacement product, or

• Store credit for the value of the item.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Used candles or wax products

• Personalized products

• Products purchased during sales or promotions

Refunds

Refunds are only processed in cases where a replacement cannot be arranged.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
